Criminal Procedure Bill Plan: The Minister of Justice has released a consultation draft of a Bill about criminal procedure. This is available through the Ministry of Justice website. 

District Courts Rules 2009: The Ministry of Justice has produced forms that are designed for practical use in the District Courts and that correspond to those prescribed in the Rules. These user-friendly forms are available here, and the District Courts Rules 2009 are available here.
