13 Repeal of limit on number of Dominion Judges who may be members of Judicial Committee
  • So much of the Judicial Committee Amendment Act 1895 (Imp) as imposes a limit on the number of persons who may become members of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council by reason of that Act, as amended by any subsequent enactment shall cease to have effect, and accordingly subsection (2) of section 1 of that Act and subsections (1) and (3) of section 3 of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act 1913 (Imp) shall be repealed.
