ALL that parcel of land on which the present Museum is erected and the grounds adjoining thereto, being all that area in the Colony of New Zealand containing by admeasurement one (1) acre, more or less, being Sections numbered respectively twenty-five (25), twenty-six (26), twenty-seven (27), and twenty-eight (28), Block twenty-nine (XXIX), on the map of the City of Dunedin. Bounded towards the North by Section twenty-nine (29), two hundred and fifty (250) links; towards the East by Sections thirty-three (33), thirty-four (34), thirty-five (35), and thirty-six (36), four hundred (400) links; towards the South by Section twenty (20), two hundred and fifty (250) links; and towards the West by Great King Street, four hundred (400) links.
