All that piece of land within the County of Southland, containing by estimation 8,500 acres, more or less, lying between low-water mark and high-water mark, constituting the foreshore of Bluff Harbour and Awarua Bay, and extending from Starling Point along the western, northern, and eastern margins of Bluff Harbour; thereafter along the northern, eastern, and southern margins of Awarua Bay; thence again along the eastern margin of Bluff Harbour and the entrance thereto to Te Wai Point, the point of termination, including the Railway Pier Reserve, Campbelltown: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the Survey Office, Invercargill.
