On the passing of this Act, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, without any conveyance, be vested in a Board of Trustees (hereinafter called “the Board,”
) consisting of the following persons: John Grigg, William Graham Ross, Mathew Stitt, William Campbell Walker, Henry Thomas Winter, Edward George Wright, all of the County of Ashburton.
