This Act (except sections 10 to 12) was repealed, as from 1 January 1911, by section 27 Harbours Amendment Act 1910 (1910 No 47).

16 Board may assimilate covenants in leases [Repealed]

18 Board may grant leases to sub-lessees [Repealed]

19 Leases to be granted by deed [Repealed]

20 Leases shall be at a rent without any fine, premium, or foregift [Repealed]
