An Act to confer certain Powers on the Corporation of the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin.

WHEREAS it is expedient to confer upon the Corporation of the Mayor, Councillors, and citizens of the City of Dunedin (hereinafter called the said Corporation) the powers hereinafter mentioned:
