An Act to provide that the Lands now held for the Purposes of the Botanic Garden of Wellington shall be vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of the City of Wellington.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
