An Act to provide for the Vesting in the University of Otago, and the Management, of a certain Reserve known as the Benmore Run.

WHEREAS it is expedient to vest in the University of Otago the lands described in the Schedule to The Otago University Reserves Vesting Act 1881:

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
