ALL that part of the mud-flat of the Patea River, being part of the estuary uncovered at low water, situated on the south side of the township known as the Patea or Carlyle Extension, situated in Carlyle Survey District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods and 20 perches more or less, and bounded towards the north by Sections Nos 151 to 160 (inclusive), Section No 162, and Trent Street; towards the east by a Patea Harbour Reserve (Section No 109); towards the south by a straight line, in length 1340 links, parting off the mud-flat on a bearing of 88° 57′ magnetic; and on the west by the Railway Reserve, 199.8 links, and by part of Portland Quay, 59.1 links.
