The Templeton Domain Board may, out of funds at its disposal derived from the domain under its control, purchase, in the name of His Most Gracious Majesty the King, one or more pieces of land for public recreation purposes for the Townships of Templeton, Yaldhurst, and Hornby, or, at the discretion of the Board, for any one or more of such townships, excluding the others or other of them:Provided, nevertheless, that the Minister of Lands shall in each case be satisfied that the position of the land is suitable and the price reasonable.
