Tauranga Educational Endowment Reserves Act 1902

An Act to amend The Tauranga Educational Endowment Reserves Act 1896.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title

  • The Short Title of this Act is The Tauranga Educational Endowment Reserves Act 1902; and it shall form part of and be read together with The Tauranga Educational Endowment Reserves Act 1896 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Act”).

2 Additional endowment

  • (1) In addition to the land described in Schedule 2 of the principal Act, there shall be added thereto and included therein the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto.

    (2) This section shall be deemed to have had effect as from the sixteenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six.

Schedule

ALL that parcel of land situate in the Parish of Te Papa, in the Tauranga Survey District, containing 58 acres, more or less, being Section No 14, Block X, of that district.
