An Act to vest certain Lands in the Taranaki Harbours Board.
The words “Taranaki Harbours Board” were substituted, as from 1 September 1965, for the words “Patea Harbour Board” pursuant to section 15(2) Taranaki Harbours Act 1965 (1965 No 4).

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
The Short Title of this Act is The Taranaki Harbours Board Foreshore Act 1903.
All the foreshore of the sea below high-water mark lying between the mouth of the Kaikura Stream and the north bank of the Wairoa Stream shall, by force of this Act, be and become vested in the Taranaki Harbours Board as an endowment.
All that part of the bed of the Kaikura Stream respectively over which the tide flows and reflows, and all those parts of every river, creek, bay, and arm of the sea between the Kaikura Stream and the north bank of the Wairoa Stream over which the tide flows and reflows, shall, by force of this Act, be and become vested in the Taranaki Harbours Board as an endowment.
The Taranaki Harbours Board may from time to time let any part or parts of the lands hereby vested in it, for any term or terms not exceeding twenty-one years in possession, at such rents and subject to such conditions as the Board shall from time to time determine.
