Inglewood Town Board Leases Validation Act 1904

2 Validation of leases
  • The leases granted by the Inglewood Town Board to Abel Blake Gamlin, of Inglewood, butcher, of Sub-allotments 1 and 2 of Sections 189 and 190 on the map of the Town of Inglewood, dated the fourteenth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, and registered in the office of the District Land Registrar at New Plymouth under number four thousand and fifty; and to Joseph Pennington, of Inglewood, settler, of Sub-allotment 4 of the same section, dated the tenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, and registered as aforesaid under number four thousand and twenty; and to Nicholas Greiner, of Inglewood, watchmaker, of Sub-allotment 5 of the same sections, dated the tenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, and registered as aforesaid under number four thousand and eighteen; and to William John Lile, of Inglewood, butcher, of Sub-allotment 6 of the same sections, dated the tenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, and registered as aforesaid under number four thousand and nineteen, are hereby confirmed, and are hereby declared to be in all respects as valid and effectual as though the said Inglewood Town Board had full power to grant and make the same.
