An Act to enable the South Canterbury Hospital and Charitable Aid Board to sell a Certain Allotment or Parcel of Land now vested in it, and to apply the Proceeds of such Sale in or towards the Erection of an Infectious-diseases Hospital, and the Fixtures, Fencing, and Improvements in connection therewith.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto became vested in the said Board for the purposes for which it was constituted by virtue of The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act 1885 Amendment Act 1886, under certificate of title, Volume 158, folio 19: And whereas the said Board has no further use for the said land for the purpose for which it was vested in the said Board: And whereas it is expedient that the said land should be sold, and the proceeds thereof expended in or towards the erection of an infectious-diseases hospital, and the fixtures, fencing, and improvements in connection therewith:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
