The Greytown Trustees for the time being, as defined by The Masterton and Greytown Lands Management Acts Amendment Act 1883, are empowered to convey or transfer to the Wairarapa District Hospital Board the lands described in Schedule 1 hereto, in trust for the purposes of an infectious diseases hospital; and, in the event of the said lands being no longer required for the purposes of an infectious diseases hospital, in trust to reconvey the same to the Greytown Trustees; and for that purpose the Wairarapa District Hospital Board is hereby authorised and empowered to execute such conveyances or transfers as may be necessary, and such conveyances or transfers shall be valid.
