2 Certain land vested in Borough of Gore as site for public library

• (1) The existing reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby cancelled, and the said land is hereby vested in the Corporation of the Borough of Gore for an estate in fee-simple, and is hereby declared to be a reserve for the purposes of a site for a public library, and shall be subject to the provisions of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1908, accordingly.

  (2) The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised and empowered to issue in favour of the said Corporation a certificate of title under the Land Transfer Act 1908, in respect of the said land.
