ALL that parcel of land in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,131 acres 32 poles, more or less, being a commonage reserve in Blocks VIII and IX, Waikouaiti Survey District: bounded towards the north-east by Section 9 and a road-line for a distance of 2602 links; towards the north-west by said road-line for a distance of 10750 links; towards the east by Sections 41, 85, a road-line, Sections 91, 90, and 40, Block II, by two road-lines and part of Section 1, Block I, aforesaid survey district, for a distance of 11500 links; towards the south by Section 1, Block VIII, for a distance of 3199 links; towards the west by part of Section 7, and by Section 8, for a distance of 4416 links; again towards the south by Sections 8, 5, and a road-line for a distance of 4690 links; again towards to east by said Section 5 for a distance of 1690 links; towards the north by part of said Section 5 for a distance of 2813 links; towards the south-east by a road-line for a distance of 1152 links; again towards the east by Section 7 for a distance of 3338 links; again towards the north by said Section 7 and a road-line for a distance of 2307 links; again towards the east by Section 1 and Crown Lands Block IX for a distance of 3400 links; again towards the north by said Crown lands for a distance of 3199 links; again towards the east by part of Section 18 and a road-line, Block I, for a distance of 1580 links; again towards the south by Section 4, four road-lines, and a mining reserve, Block IX, for a distance of 7500 links; and again towards the west and south-west generally by the Waikouaiti River (south branch) for a distance of 6650 links and 26300 links, and intersected by five road-lines: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, in Dunedin.
