In this Act, if not inconsistent with the context,—
The Corporation means the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Napier
The Trustees means and includes the persons named as parties to the aforesaid declaration of trust and the registered proprietors at the time of the coming into operation of this Act of the land described in the said Schedule 1 hereto.
