The lands described in the Schedule to this Act are hereby vested in the Corporation of the Inhabitants of the Portobello Road District, and the District Land Registrar of the Otago Land Registration District shall accordingly, on the application of the Portobello Road Board, issue a certificate or certificates of title for the said lands to the said Corporation.
