The Crown lands described in the Schedule to this Act are hereby vested in the Corporation of the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin in fee-simple; and the District Land Registrar at Dunedin shall accordingly, on the application of the said Corporation, issue a certificate of title for the said lands to the said Corporation.
