FIRSTLY, all that area of land comprising the whole of the tidal lands covered and uncovered by the flow and ebb of the tide at ordinary tides of the Hauraki Gulf and the Wairau Stream, forming generally the eastern and northern boundary-lines of the Borough of Takapuna.
Secondly, all that strip of land forming portion of the soil of the sea, and commencing at a point where the continuation of the boundary-line between Lots 13 and 12 of the subdivision of Allotment 22 of the Parish of Takapuna would reach low-water mark; thence extending seaward from low-water mark in the same line 300 ft; thence running in a northerly direction parallel to the line of low-water mark of the said Takapuna Beach to a point in the northern boundary-line of the Takapuna Wharf distant 300 ft below low-water mark; thence by the said whari to low-water mark; thence by low-water mark aforesaid back to the point of commencement.
Thirdly, all that strip of land forming portion of the soil of the sea, commencing at a point where the continuation of the boundary-line between Lots 1 and 2 of the subdivision of Allotment 83 of the Parish of Takapuna would reach low-water mark; thence extending seaward from low-water mark in the same line 300 ft; thence in a north-westerly direction by a line parallel to low-water mark of Milford Beach to a point 300 ft distant seaward from the mouth of the Wairau Stream; thence by a line at right angles to such last-mentioned line to low-water mark; thence by low-water mark of Milford Beach back to the point of commencement: as the said strips of land are delineated by those portions of the plan coloured pink, deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, and marked MD 4331.
