An Act to validate an Agreement made between the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty Harbour Board for the Acquisition of the Wharves at Tauranga by the Bay of Plenty Harbour Board.
“Bay of Plenty Harbour Board”
and “Bay of Plenty Harbour District”
were substituted, as from 24 August 1970, by section 2(5) Bay of Plenty Harbour Board Act 1970 (1970 No 5), for the references to “Tauranga Harbour Board”
and “Tauranga Harbour Board District”
.
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
