This Act may be cited as the Tauranga Borough Council and Bay of Plenty Harbour Board Empowering Act 1915.
“Bay of Plenty Harbour Board” and “Bay of Plenty Harbour District” were substituted, as from 24 August 1970, by section 2(5) Bay of Plenty Harbour Board Act 1970 (1970 No 5), for the references to “Tauranga Harbour Board” and “Tauranga Harbour Board District”.
