(1) The area described in Schedule 1 hereto is hereby constituted and declared to be a special river district, to be called “The Taieri River Trust District” (hereinafter referred to as the district).

(2) The district shall be divided into five subdivisions with the names and boundaries described in Schedule 2 hereto.
