• Preamble

  WHEREAS by the Palmerston North Reserves Act 1890, and the Palmerston North Reserves Act Amendment Act 1901, certain provisions were made as to the leasing of the reserves and other lands of the Borough of Palmerston North, and as to the management thereof and disposal of the revenue derived therefrom: And whereas it is desirable to repeal the said Acts and to make other provisions in lieu thereof:

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
