Preamble
WHEREAS it is expedient to enable the Wellington City Council to set aside part of Cuba Street, Wellington, as a pedestrian Mall and to exclude vehicles therefrom so far as necessary for that purpose:

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
