In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—
Invercargill Corporation means the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Invercargill
Water supply agreement means the agreement dated the 17th day of April 1970, made between the Invercargill Corporation and New Zealand Aluminium Smelters Limited a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 20 Brandon Street, Wellington, a copy of which agreement is set out in the Schedule to this Act.
