2 Interpretation

• In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—

  The Act means the Queenstown Commonage Reserve Management Act 1876

  Corporation means the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Queenstown

  Council means the Queenstown Borough Council

  Minister means the Minister of Conservation.

  Minister: this definition was amended, as from 1 April 1987, by section 65(1) Conservation Act 1987 (1987 No 65) by substituting the word “Conservation” for the words “Lands”.
