An Act to provide for section 4(4) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964 not to apply to certain parts of the City of Upper Hutt formerly in the County of Hutt
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Upper Hutt City Empowering (Cemeteries) Act 1975.
Section 4(4) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964 shall not apply in respect of any part of the City of Upper Hutt which was, on the 31st day of March 1973, within the boundaries of the County of Hutt.
