ALL that parcel of land situated in the Provincial District of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 256 acres 2 roods 18 perches, more or less, being the section numbered 27 and part of 28 on the plan of the Turakina District: bounded towards the north by Section No 34, 1718 links, and by Sections Nos 26 and 28, 1958 links; towards the east by other part of Section No 28, 6338 links, and by Section No 25, 6250 links; towards the south by Section No 31, 1100 links, and by the Makirikiri Stream; and towards the west by Sections Nos 29, 30, and 31, 5900 links, and by Sections Nos 31 and 32, 5979 links; excepting always the public roads, 100 links wide, running through the said sections; and subject to a right of road, 100 links wide, reserved through the same.
All that piece of land situated in the City of Wellington, containing 211/2 perches, more or less: bounded towards the north, 65 ft, by other part of Section No 547; towards the east, 90 ft, by Section No 548; towards the south, 65 ft, by Hill Street; and towards the west, 90 ft, by the right-of-way hereinafter mentioned: together with a right-of-way for the registered proprietor for the time being of the land above described, his agents, servants, and workmen, over that parcel of land 10 ft, in width and 90 ft in length, other part of said Section No 547, and running from Hill Street along the western boundary of the land above described, which said piece of land is part of Section No 547: and being all the land described in certificate of title, Vol xv, folio 86.
All that piece of land, containing 1 acre and 1 perch, more or less, being Section No 596 in the public map of the Town of Halcombe, deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington, No 42, originally granted the 20th day of August, 1877, to the Emigrant and Colonists Aid Corporation (Limited), and being all the land described in Vol xxvii, folio 281.
