An Act to incorporate the Trustees of the Homewood Trust, and for other Purposes.

Preamble
WHEREAS George Alley, of Tauranga, farmer, by the deed of trust a copy of which is set out in the Schedule hereto, made provision for the vesting in the trustees therein named of the land, stock, chattels, and other assets described in the said deed of trust upon the trusts set out therein: And whereas it is desirable that the trustees should be constituted a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, and that provision should be made for the vesting, management, and control of the trust estate and for certain other matters:

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
