In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—
Constitution and by-laws means the constitution and by-laws of the Girl Guides Association (New Zealand Branch)
Corporation means the body incorporated by this Act
General Council means the General Council of the Girl Guides Association (New Zealand Branch).
