The adoption order made by the Magistrate's Court at Kaikohe on 20 January 1955, in favour of Lloyd Bishop Liddle and Patricia Eleanore Liddle as adopting parents of Scott Alan Liddle is hereby discharged, and it is hereby declared that the legal effects and incidents of the discharge shall be the same as if the discharge had been granted by a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to the provisions of section 20 of the Adoption Act 1955.
