New Zealand Legislation: Acts
Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) This Act may be cited as the PGG Trust Limited Act 1989.
(2) Except as provided in subsection (3), this Act shall come into force on the day on which it receives the Royal assent.
(3) Sections 4 to 12 and section 19 and the Schedule shall come into force on 1 May 1989.
