(3) Unless the context otherwise requires, every reference in any enactment in force at the commencement of this Act (other than an enactment specified in Schedule 2), or in any regulation, rule, order, agreement, deed, instrument, application, notice, licence, or other document whatsoever in force at the commencement of this Act (other than the regulations specified in subsection (2) or in section 36) to the Ngaitahu Maori Trust Board shall, as from the commencement of this Act, be read as a reference to Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu.
