The specific purpose of public utility for which the land hereinbefore described is held shall be and is hereby in so far as it affects the portion of the said land described in the Schedule hereto changed and the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto shall be henceforth held by the Superintendent of the said Province and his successors in trust for the purposes of a Fire Brigade Station.
