1 Short Title

2 Governor may grant lands in Schedules A to E to Corporation of Oamaru

3 Corporation may lease lands in Schedule C But lands in Schedules A, B, D, and E may not be leased, etc

4 Corporation may use lands in Schedule F as a site for gasworks

Schedule A
Site for a town hall.

Schedule B
For purposes of public recreation.

Schedule C
Reserve for purposes of public utility.

Schedule D
Reserves for public recreation.

Schedule E
Reserve for road and right of way.

Schedule F
Site for gasworks.

An Act to authorize the vesting in the Municipal Corporation of the Incorporated Town of Oamaru certain Parcels of Land, and for other Purposes.

    WHEREAS it is expedient to deal with the lands particularly described in the Schedules hereto in manner hereinafter appearing:

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
