Admiralty House Act Repeal Act 1903

An Act to repeal The Admiralty House Act 1898.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title

  • The Short Title of this Act is The Admiralty House Act Repeal Act 1903.

2 Repeal

  • The Admiralty House Act 1898, is hereby repealed.

3 Property may be sold or leased

  • The land set aside by the Auckland Harbour Board and the house erected thereon for the purposes of the Act hereby repealed shall remain the property of the Board in fee-simple, freed from the provisions of that Act, and may be sold or leased by the Board in such manner as it thinks fit, and the proceeds of such sale or leasing shall form part of the ordinary funds of the Board.
