Land Transfer (Hawke's Bay) Act 1931

1 Short Title and commencement

• (1) This Act may be cited as the Land Transfer (Hawke's Bay) Act 1931, and is part of the Land Transfer Act 1952 (“the principal Act”).

  (2) This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 4th day of February 1931.

  Subsection (1) was amended, as from 1 February 1999, by section 43(3) Land Transfer (Automation) Amendment Act 1998 (1998 No 123) by substituting the words “is part of the Land Transfer Act 1952 (‘the principal Act’)” for the words “shall be read together with and deemed part of the Land Transfer Act 1915 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act)”.
