pursuant to section 2(2) Maori Purposes Act 1947 (1947 No 59).
The words “Maori Land Court”
were substituted, as from 27 November 1947, for the words “Native Land Court”
pursuant to section 4(2) Maori Purposes Act 1947 (1947 No 59).
