13 Seizure of wildlife, etc, illegally taken

• Any officer of the Department, or any officer of any other department in which for the time being is vested the control of any wildlife sanctuary, or any other person acting with the written authority of the Director-General, may in any wildlife sanctuary exercise the powers conferred on rangers by subsection (1) of section 39.
