64 Offences in relation to wildlife sanctuaries

• Every person who, without lawful authority, breaches or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Act relating to wildlife sanctuaries or of any Order in Council under section 9 commits an offence against this Act and is liable on conviction to the penalty set out in section 67F(3).
