(1) The description, claims, and drawings (if any) contained in a Treaty application shall be deemed to be a complete specification for the purposes of this Act.
(2) Any indications, being indications referred to in Rule 13bis.3(a) of the Treaty regulations, that are contained in a reference to a deposited micro-organism,—
(a) Shall be deemed to form part of the description contained in an international application; and
(b) Shall accordingly, pursuant to subsection (1) of this section, form part of the complete specification, even if such indications are contained in another document.
