Acts are laws made by Parliament
The publication of a Treaty application, pursuant to Article 21 of the Patent Cooperation Treaty, shall confer no rights or privileges on the applicant under this Act, and shall have no effect other than to confer upon the application the status of a published document for the purpose of any investigation under this Act.
Sections 26A to 26H and the preceding heading were inserted, as from 1 December 1992, by section 7 Patents Amendment Act 1992 (1992 No 81).
