2A Act preserved for patent attorney provisions

(1)

This Act continues to govern patent attorneys and their registration.

(2)

The Patents Act 2013 governs patents and patent applications (but see subpart 6 of Part 5 of that Act as to the continued application of repealed provisions of this Act for transitional purposes).

(3)

This section is intended only as a guide to the general scheme and effect of these Acts.
