199A Fees for traffic officer accident reports

  Section 199A was inserted, as from 30 July 1988, by section 3 Transport Amendment Act 1988 (1988 No 139).

  Section 199A was amended, as from 1 July 1992, by section 33(1) Transport Amendment Act (No 2) 1992 (1992 No 67) by substituting the word “Commissioner” for the word “Secretary” wherever it occurred.

  Subsection (4) was substituted, as from 1 July 1992, by section 33(2) Transport Amendment Act (No 2) 1992 (1992 No 67).

  Section 199A was repealed, as from 1 March 1999, by section 214(1) Land Transport Act 1998 (1998 No 110).
