3 Application of Act to Cook Islands and Tokelau

• This Act shall extend to and be in force in the following territories:

  • (a) The Cook Islands:

  • (b) Tokelau.

  In paragraph (b) the reference to Tokelau was substituted for a reference to the “Tokelau Islands” by section 3(8) Tokelau Amendment Act 1976.
