Subsection (1) was amended, as from 1 July 1989, by section 86(1) Public Finance Act 1989 (1989 No 44), by omitting the word “Minister”
and substituting the words “Reserve Bank of New Zealand”
.
Subsection (4) was repealed, as from 1 July 1989, by section 86(1) Public Finance Act 1989 (1989 No 44).
Subsection (5) ceased to be in force as from 1 June 1968. See S.R. 1968/85/3.
Subsection (6) was inserted, by section 4 Decimal Currency Amendment Act 1965.
Parts 3 to 5 (sections 9 to 34) and SCHEDULE were repealed, as from 1 February 1990, by section 186(1) Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989 (1989 No 157).
