[Repealed]
In subsection (3) the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1933 has been repealed and replaced by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964.
Parts 3 to 5 (sections 9 to 34) and SCHEDULE were repealed, as from 1 February 1990, by section 186(1) Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989 (1989 No 157).
